YEREVAN.- Famous French singer Helene Segara accompanied by France’s Ambassador to Armenia Henri Reynaud visited on Tuesday Yerevan Brandy Company (photos).

The delegation got familiarized with the history and production process of the Armenian brandy ARARAT, factory’s press service reported.

Guests stopped near the “Barrel of Peace” set in 2001 on the occasion of the visit of OSCE Minsk Group. “Barrel of Peace” will be opened on the day when Karabakh conflict is settled.

Executive Director of the Yerevan Brandy Company Ara Grigoryan presented the singer “Armenia” brandy, released in a limited quantity.

Helene Segara is in Armenia on the occasion of the month of La Francophonie. Segara will give a concert in the capital Yerevan tonight. The event will be held under the high patronage of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Culture and the Embassy of France in Armenia. Exclusive sponsor of the event is Armenian ARARAT brandy.
