YEREVAN. – Information was received from the Emergency Situations Department of Georgia, on Sunday at 8:41am, that a traffic accident had occurred nearby Shulaver, at 1:46am, en route from Russia to Armenia.

A Chevrolet—whose driver was Armenian citizen Armen Galaktyan—had gone off road, for yet unknown reasons, and turned over to its side, informs the Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situation news service.     

As a result, the vehicle’s passengers—Armenian citizens Arustam Arustamyan (born in 1958) and Marine Gevorgyan (born in 1965), Russian Federation citizens Roman Arustamyan (born in 1999) and Aleksi Arustamyan (born in 2002)—had suffered injuries and were transferred to the Marneuli District medical center.

Doctor’s say Arustam Arustamyan is in average critical condition, whereas the others are in satisfactory condition.
