YEREVAN. – M. Karapetyan, 9, who was one of the injured in the traffic accident that occurred in Georgia, is being transferred to Surb Astvatsamayr (Holy Mother of God) Hospital of Armenia’s capital city Yerevan.  

The Health Ministry news service informed the aforesaid to Armenian News-NEWS.am

To note, the child was first transferred from Armenia’s Bavra checkpoint to the Ashotsk city medical center, and subsequently to the Gyumri city medical center by an ambulance.

Also, H. Davtyan is being transferred from the medical center of the Ninotsminda region to the Gyumri city medical center. The other two injured are in average critical condition and they are still kept at the Ninotsminda medical center.    

As Armenian News-NEWS.am informed earlier, a traffic accident occurred on the Ninotsminda-Bavra motorway in Georgia, nearby Atliovski village, on Thursday. A Toyota went off road, for yet unknown reasons, and turned over. As a result, Armenian citizens L. Karapetyan, 4, R. Karapetyan, 12, and H. Davtyan, 24, were transferred to the medical center of the Ninotsminda region. Doctors said they were in critical condition while M. Karapetyan, 9, was in very critical condition and needed to be transported to Armenia without delay.
