Mustafa Ulker, who had crossed into the Armenian border from Kars Province of Turkey, has died, reports Anadolu News Agency of Turkey.
Kars Governor Eyup Tepe noted that Ulker, a 35-year-old Turkish shepherd who had crossed into the Armenian border to go after his sheep, has died. He added that they will take the dead body of the shepherd from the Armenian side.
As Armenian News-NEWS.am informed earlier, the Armenia Border Department of the Russian Federal Security Service had stated that an incident had occurred at the Armenian-Turkish boundary.
“An investigation is conducted at present,” the department had informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
