NOYEMBERYAN. – Russian Federation citizen Mher Azatyan, 33, had a road accident, while driving a VAZ 2121-model vehicle, and he died on the spot in Armenia’s Tavush Region, on Monday at around 2:10pm. 

The Noyemberyan city police department confirmed this information to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The automobile had gone off road at the Zorakan-Haghtanak motorway and turned upside-down.

The residents removed Azatyan’s dead body from the vehicle.   

An investigation is underway, informed the Noyemberyan Police Department.
