YEREVAN. – A traditional open air Armenian dance class kicked off at 7pm on Friday in the Cascade, the most popular area of tourists and Yerevan residents (photo).

The classes organized by Karin dance ensemble in summer brought together Diaspora Armenians, tourists and everyone who wanted to learn a traditional Armenian dance. In winter the classes will continue in Narekatsi Center.

One of the dances “Ishkanats Par” (“The Dance of Kings”) was dedicated to Sos Sargsyan, a great Armenian actor who passed away earlier this week.
