YEREVAN. – Armenian government attaches importance to development of startups in IT sector, PM Tigran Sargsyan said addressing participants of ArmTech Congress, which kicked off Friday in capital city Yerevan. 

Premier Sargsyan informed about his meetings in Silicon Valley with the representatives of largest venture foundations who noted importance of the contacts between business and research centers and universities.   

Speaking about startups, Armenian PM noted that only one company out of 10 appears to be successful, but “the one can hide the disadvantages of the nine unsuccessful companies.”

“We must learn to celebrate failures which are inevitably leading to success,” he emphasized.
