President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan sent a congratulatory message to Georgi Margvelashvili on his victory in the October 27, 2013 presidential elections in Georgia.

Ruling Georgian Dream coalition candidate Giorgi Margvelashvili is declared the winner of Sunday’s presidential elections in Georgia.

After the counting of the 99.68 percent of the ballots that were cast, Margvelashvili received 62.12 percent of the votes.

Giorgi Margvelashvili’s main challengers, Davit Bakradze and Nino Burjanadze, have received 21.72 and 10.18 percent of the votes, correspondingly.
