YEREVAN. – President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan on Monday addressed a message of condolence to President of the Philippines Benigno Aquino III.

President Sargsyan expressed his deepest condolences on devastating typhoon Haiyan that claimed lives of thousands of people, president’s press service reported. At least 23,000 houses had been damaged or destroyed.
