STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), or Artsakh, President Bako Sahakyan on Tuesday received in Los Angeles a group of Diaspora-Armenian philanthropists, led by Vartkes and Mary Najarian.

The President expressed his gratitude to the benefactors for their constant assistance to Artsakh, informs the Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President.

Sahakyan noted that, through their personal example, these individuals have contributed to the development of a culture of philanthropy within the framework of Motherland-Diaspora cooperation.

Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan and several officials also attended this meeting.
