Turkish court refused to merge two cases on Hrant Dink murder. The case on assassination of journalist Hrant Dink and a separate trial against former head of Trabzon Gendarmerie are being heard in Trabzon court, Posta reported.

According to the court ruling, there are no physical and legal links between the two cases. It is noted, that if the Trabzon Court insists on merging two cases, the lawsuit will be filed to the fifth Court of Appeal where the matter will be decided.
