STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) President Bako Sahakyan, accompanied by the NKR senior officials, on Saturday visited the capital city Stepanakert Memorial.

Sahakyan paid the visit in connection with the 25th anniversary of the devastating earthquake that struck Armenia in 1988, and whose epicenter was the City of Spitak.

The President laid a wreath to the monument to the innocent victims of this natural disaster, the Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President has informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
