YEREVAN. – Armenia’s national seismic protection service registered a 3.6 magnitude earthquake in the territory of Iran, 14 kilometers south-west from Ahar city.

The tremor measured magnitude 4-5 at the epicenter area with the hypocenter in the depth of 15 kilometers.

According to preliminary reports, the quake was felt in Syunik Region with magnitude 3.
