YEREVAN. – On his behalf and his wife, Libby, US Ambassador to Armenia, John Heffern, congratulated the Armenians on the Christmas and New Year holidays.    

To note, Ambassador Heffern delivered his respective address in Armenian. 

“This year we [i.e., Armenia and the US] have deepened our economic and political cooperation, especially in the domain of domestic reforms. 

“I hope that 2014 will bring democracy, prosperity, and peace to the Armenian people,” the US ambassador specifically said in his address.
