STEPANAKERT. – President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan on Friday signed a decree appointing Police colonel Boris Yengibaryan deputy head, chief of the staff of the NKR Police.

By another decree, Ernest Avanesyan was appointed deputy chairman of the NKR Control Chamber with six-year term of office.
