“The existing building will be demolished,” Company Vice President Igor Bulatov stated. 

Karapetyan’s company, which is 29th in the Forbes rankings, plans to construct a multifunctional complex—with stores, offices, and apartments—in the place of the abandoned aqua park.    

The total area of the future building comprises 125,000 square meters, and it is planned to be put into operation in 2015, Forbes reports.
