YEREVAN. – The U.S. Embassy will provide Armenia with “Tracker 7”, equipment for control on goods.

The decision was approved by the government during a meeting on Thursday.

“Tracker 7” is intended for the control of exports and imports of goods. Among other things, it increases the efficiency of controls on dual-use goods. The equipment includes computer and network technology, as well as a camera.

“Tracker 7” system is developed by the American company “Waterwheel Software” and, among other features, is designed for quick checking of barcodes on products. The system provides for the use of fixed and portable scanners.
