YEREVAN. – The Education and Science Ministry of Armenia is ready to provide some grants to Georgia’s university students who choose to carry out studies on topics concerning Armenology (Armenian studies).   

Armenia’s Education and Science Minister Armen Ashotyan, who is in Georgia on an official visit, stated the aforesaid at his talk with the faculty of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University

The Armenian delegation, led by Ashotyan, also met with the Armenian and Georgian students of the university, informs the Ministry press service. In addition, the Armenian education and science minister responded to several questions which the students posed.

Armen Ashotyan and his delegation also visited Ilia State University of Georgia, where a cooperation agreement was signed between this university and the Armenian State Pedagogical University after Khachatur Abovyan.
