YEREVAN. – ArmRusGazprom Closed Joint-Stock Company has been renamed Gazprom Armenia Closed Joint-Stock Company.  

“The state and local government agencies of Armenia, the Company counterparties (including the natural gas customers), other organizations, and the public are [hereby] notified that the name of ArmRusGazprom Closed Joint-Stock Company has been changed to Gazprom Armenia Closed Joint-Stock Company,” states the company’s respective press release.
