Ukrainian PM Arseniy Yatsenyuk has called on Russia to withdraw troops and start talks for the peaceful solution.

During a media conference in Brussels, he called illegitimate the decision of Crimean parliament on a referendum, adding that “so-called referendum” has no legal grounds.

Yatsenyuk urged the Russian government not to support the separatists, as “Crimea was, is and will be integral part of Ukraine”.
