YEREVAN. – Baku delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has been officially informed by Azerbaijani authorities about captivity of Armenian citizen, Yerevan office representative told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

“ICRC are holding talks for the speediest meeting with the citizen,” the representative said.

As reported earlier, Arsen Khojoyan (born in 1991) is a citizen of Karmraghbyur village of Tavush Region was captured in Tovuz Region of Azerbaijan on Friday.
