YEREVAN. –  Armenia has registered considerable progress on freedom of speech, effectiveness and transparency of legal field, Romanian Ambassador said.

Sorin Vasile on Monday met with Armenia's Prosecutor General Gevorg Kostanyan, his deputy Emil Babayan and head of  international communication department Nelli Harutyunyan. Dragosh Zamfirescu, head of consulate department, was present, too.

Gevorg Kostanyan gave high assessment of Armenian-Romanian contacts in different areas, underscoring importance of cooperation in legal field. Kostanyan invited newly appointed Romania's Prosecutor General to visit Armenia.
