Serbia and Armenia can fully cooperate with Russia and not become its provinces, Serbian capital city Belgrade-based Balkan Business Centre President Branko Dragaš told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

“The EU is a faulty economic phenomenon. It has long been bankrupt; it’s just that no one wants to accept it. They do not want to go back to European values. The EU has entered into a debt,” Dragaš stated.

In his view, Armenia and Serbia should agree to enter the Customs Union.

“We need to have our economic policy, single market where Moscow and Brussels do not impose their decisions.

“We should not become Russian provinces. We must and can freely cooperate in the Eurasian environment, without any coercion,” he stated.

Branko Dragaš added that the Balkan Business Centre, where there are about 5,000 businessmen from the Balkan countries, stands ready to collaborate with Armenian entrepreneurs.
