OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair James Warlick hopes for speediest meeting of Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents.

“We hope the Presidents of #Armenia and #Azerbaijan will meet this month. Only they can address the most difficult issues of #peace,” he tweeted.

On Monday Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elamr Mammadyarov met with OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs in Moscow.
