YEREVAN. – Armenia’s ex-PM Tigran Sargsyan will continue work in the government for the benefit of the country, Deputy Speaker Eduard Sharmazanov told reporters on Sunday.

He noted that Sargsyan will get a job of a diplomat, but did not clarify whether he will be appointed an ambassador.

Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan handed over resignation on April 3. Hovik Abrahamyan was nominated as new prime minister on Sunday following the meetings in the office of ruling Republican Party of Armenia.

New prime minister has 20 days to form a new Cabinet.
