YEREVAN. – ARF Dashnaktsutyun will not join the new Cabinet, the party said in a statement.

“Today the Republic of Armenia is faced with serious internal and foreign challenges. Thanks to social economic policy carried out by the authorities, overwhelming majority of Armenia's population lost confidence in future and demand radical reforms,” the statement reads.

ARF Dashnaktsutyun is convinced that problems can be solved only through atmosphere of solidarity and social and political consolidation. The party said they had formed a 7-point concept of changes and economic tasks.

“We are confident that step-by-step but full implementation of the moves will lead the country out of the gravest situation and will ensure free and prosperous living standards,” the statement reads.

The party will not become a part of the new government, but will monitor the actions of the authorities and will condition  interaction according to the degree of implementing the proposed package, and will continue its activities in the opposition camp.
