YEREVAN. – Hraparak daily has learned that Armenian National Security Council Secretary Arthur Baghdasaryan, who is also Chairman of the Orinats Yerkir (Rule of Law) Party (RLP), will travel to Moscow on April 22. 

“He will have a meeting and a private talk with RF [Russian Federation] Security [Council] Secretary Nikolai Patrushev.  

“Even though the visit is a formal ‘dealing’ to the working assembly of the CSTO secretaries, this ‘development’ is noteworthy against the backdrop of RLP’s leaving the coalition [government of Armenia], [and] the rearranging domestic politics of Armenia,” Hraparak wrote.
