Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Minsk Group US Co-Chair James Warlick has written another tweet.

This time the American mediator showed an interest in the use of water resources.

“This is #Sarsang reservoir. It would be a positive step if the sides could jointly manage water resources,” Warlick tweeted also posting a photograph of the reservoir, which is located in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
