YEREVAN. – President Serzh Sargsyan has signed a decree whereby Karen Grigoryan is appointed Armenia’s Ambassador to Iraq.

“Guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, I [hereby] decide to appoint Karen Grigoryan Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of Iraq (diplomatic residence in Baghdad), the Armenian President’s decree specifically reads.
