A Moscow court reached a verdict of arrest in absentia for Arsen Avakov, the Internal Affairs Minister of Ukraine.   

Avakov is charged with making use of prohibited war measures and methods in southeastern Ukraine, the Interfax news agency reported. 

It is noted that court granted the respective motion by the investigative authorities.
