YEREVAN. –  Armenia's public services regulatory commission decided not to raise water rates in Armenia. 

The decision was made during the meeting on Wednesday.

The water rate, 170. 256 drams (around 41) cent for a cubic meter,  will remain unchanged.

CJSC Yerevan-Jur, a subsidiary of the French “Veolia Generale des Eaux,  has been leasing the Yerevan's water supply and drainage network since December 2005 as a result of international tender invited with the support of the World Bank.
