Within the framework of his working visit to Armenia’s Shirak Region on Wednesday, Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan also participated in the official opening of a new waterline in Arevshat village.   

Addressing the villagers, Abrahamyan stressed that the Government of Armenia will stand with the villagers.

The PM’s next stop was the Akhuryan community, where the Premier was briefed on the details of the ongoing construction of residential buildings in Akhuryan.  

Subsequently, Hovik Abrahamyan paid a visit to the Gyumri city branch of the Armenian State University of Economics and met with the university students and faculty. In addition, PM Abrahamyan and Education and Science Minister of Armen Ashotyan responded to their questions.

The Prime Minister highlighted that each arrangement will become a deed and everyone needs to keep up this order.
“The divide between the authorities and the people must be eliminated. The important thing for us is to provide a better life for the citizen. Providing people with jobs is the government’s priority, and we will endeavor to attract investments, create new jobs,” Hovik Abrahamyan specifically noted.    

Afterward, the PM presented to the students the measures and programs of the new government.
