The Rescue Service of Armenia received an emergency call on Saturday at 6:40am.

Accordingly, a person had fallen into a canal, nearby the Artashat-Shahumyan motorway, he cannot get out, and assistance was needed.

A fire and rescue squad was dispatched to the scene.

The firemen and rescue workers brought M. B. (born in 1957) out of the canal and took him to the ambulance that was waiting, and he was taken to the Artashat city medical center.

Doctors say his health condition is satisfactory.
