YEREVAN. – ARF Dashnaktsutyun and Prosperous Armenia members discussed possibility of petitioning to the Constitutional Court to recognize invalid new bill on mandatory pension plan.
Head of ARF faction Ruben Hakobyan summed up the working meeting of representatives of two political forces.
“Some issues had to be discussed in bilateral format. We are preparing a petition to the Constitutional Court,” he said.
He emphasized that Heritage and Armenian National Congress believe petitioning to the Constitutional Court is inexpedient.
