YEREVAN. - The American national currency’s (USD) exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 411.23/$1 in Armenia on Friday, and this makes for an AMD 0.23 rise from Thursday.
The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 541.88 (up by AMD 0.02), that of one British pound was AMD 682.35 (up by AMD 0.95), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 11.13 (up by AMD 0.10), informed the Central Bank of Armenia press service.
One gram of silver, gold, and platinum amounted to AMD 255.29, AMD 16,950.2, and AMD 18,763.82, respectively.
Friday’s trading totaled USD 4,700,000 at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange. The transactions were conducted at an average exchange rate of AMD 411.75/$1, and the trading session closed likewise at AMD 411.75/$1.
