Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko, who is in power for already for twenty years, has turned 60 years old on Saturday.

“The President always treats his birthday quietly, without excessive pathos. Despite the jubilee age, hardly something should change this year,” Lukashenko’s press secretary Andrei Popov told ITAR-TASS news agency of Russia.   

The Belarusian president had repeatedly stated that he does not celebrate his birthdays, and added that he is more overloaded with work on his birthdays.
