The government’s future task is to develop the economy, and Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan likewise realizes this.  

Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan told the aforesaid to reporters on Monday, commenting on Kocharyan’s recent statement that he sees no preconditions for economic development in Armenia.

“[But] I do see [preconditions]. I’m convinced that the government will succeed [in developing the economy]. [But] time is needed for us to achieve success. 

“We have passed along the very same road with the second President, and I’m convinced that we will spare no effort to develop the economy,” the PM also said.
