President of Russia Vladimir Putin instructed to sign an agreement on Armenia's joining Eurasian Economic Union that was signed on May 29, 2014.

Ministry of Economic Development of Russia is given the right to make amendments that are not of a fundamental nature during the talks on draft agreement approved by the Cabinet of Ministers.

“To consider it expedient to sign the Treaty, as provided by the order, at the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council at the level of Heads of States,” the document says.
