STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), or Artsakh, President Bako Sahakyan on Wednesday received Armenia’s opposition Heritage Party Chairman, ex-presidential candidate, former FM Raffi Hovannisian.

Several matters on domestic and foreign policy were discussed at the talk, informed the Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President.

The interlocutors also stressed the importance of close cooperation between the political forces of Armenia and Artsakh, in connection with the settlement of the Karabakh-Azerbaijani conflict, and the international recognition of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
