YEREVAN. – The United States need partners in the fight against terrorism, Ambassador John Heffern told reporters on Thursday on the anniversary of 9/11 terror attacks.

Ambassador said U.S. President Obama made a key statement related to fight against terrorism on Wednesday.

“We continue working with our partners to discover terror crimes and prevent them,” Ambassador said.

Terror attacks were committed in US on September 11, 2001. Terrorists seized air crafts and attacked the World Trade Center in New York and the building of Pentagon in Washington. A total of 2,974 people were killed and 24 are considered missing.
