YEREVAN. – Armenian Finance Ministry is not going to apply enhanced audit of business entities that have not agreed on calculations presented by the government, Deputy Finance Minister Vakhtang Mirumyan told reporters.

According to him, business entities may not agree with calculations and may submit their own variants.

“The companies that have not agreed with calculations are at risk. But if they prove that they do not have unfulfilled commitments, they are naturally withdrawn from the list,” he added. 

In late June, the Ministry of Finance introduced their calculations of actual turnover and tax liabilities to several thousand business entities. More than half of the companies did not agree with government's calculations.
