The parliaments of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Armenia plan to ratify the Eurasian Economic Union treaty simultaneously, head of Russian parliament's committee on CIS said.

“Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan will be joined by other states, by Armenia on October 9 and then by Kyrgyzstan,” Leonid Slutsky said during the Duma sitting on Wednesday.

According to him, the arrangements that will be ratified in the framework of this agreement, will be the most serious stumbling block for anyone trying to build a unipolar world, Interfax reported.

The ratification is likely to be held simultaneously by the parliaments of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Russia.
