YEREVAN. – Marxist Party of Armenia Chairman Davit Hakobyan has passed away.

The Scientific Research Institute of Cardiology informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that Hakobyan’s dead body was brought to the institute just recently.  

But the cause of death is not yet known.

The Marxist Party leader had suffered a heart attack earlier, and two stents were placed in his body.
