YEREVAN. - The American national currency’s (USD) exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 407.58/$1 in Armenia on Wednesday, and this makes for an AMD 0.02 drop from Tuesday.
The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 514.12 (up by AMD 0.63), that of one British pound was AMD 660.61 (up by AMD 0.34), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 10.28 (down by AMD 0.04), informed the Central Bank of Armenia press service.
One gram of silver, gold, and platinum amounted to AMD 224.21, AMD 15,941.02, and AMD 17,035.2, respectively.
Wednesday’s trading totaled USD 100,000 at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange. The transactions were conducted at an average exchange rate of AMD 407/$1, and the trading session closed likewise at AMD 407/$1.
