Azerbaijan bribes the representatives of the “free world.” 

Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Presidential Press Secretary Davit Babayan told the aforesaid to Armenian News-NEWS.am, commenting on the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) decision to prepare a report entitled “Rise in Violence in Nagorno-Karabakh and Other Occupied Territories of Azerbaijan.” 

As per Babayan, this report will become a document purchased by the Azerbaijani lobby.

“First, the name [of the report] does not correspond at all to reality. Everything is so democratic, so fine in Azerbaijan that you’ve put everything aside, [and] started dealing with Nagorno Karabakh?

“As if this is not enough, they also present Nagorno-Karabakh as an occupied territory,” noted the NKR presidential spokesperson.

He added that Armenia’s delegation to the PACE did the right thing by manifesting a tough stance on this matter.  

“I believe that this shows yet again that Azerbaijan is a state which poses a serious threat to the civilized world, since by bribing some people, or forces, it jeopardizes the democratic world.     

“This should become a major warning sign to the civilized world,” Davit Babayan stressed.
