YEREVAN. – A total of 2,351 traffic violations, which were recorded in Armenia in the first nine months of this year, were drunk driving.
The Police road patrol service has carried out 69 actions to detect these violations, the Police media department informed.
In addition, a total of 219 people were killed and 3,295 others sustained bodily injuries as a result of traffic accidents in the first nine months of the current year.
