YEREVAN. – There is still time to confer on the concept for constitutional reforms in Armenia.

Ruling Republican Party (RPA) Vice-Chairman, Education and Science Minister Armen Ashotyan told the aforesaid to reporters, following Thursday’s RPA Executive session, during which the draft for the abovementioned concept was discussed.

As per Ashotyan, the first-phase results were summed up and a concept was introduced at the session.

“We are moving into the second phase, since the Armenian President’s respective decree does not specify terms for completing the discussions. We have time to discuss the concept within broad political and social circles,” Ashotyan stated.

The Armenian Presidential Professional Commission on Constitutional Reforms on Wednesday submitted the constitutional reform concept to President Serzh Sargsyan.
