YEREVAN. – In all likelihood, the Armenian President’s final position on the concept for constitutional reforms will become known in February-March 2015, Presidential Press Secretary Arman Saghatelyan told Tert.am.

“The Staff of the President of Armenia has received the concept for constitutional reforms.

“We also have the [respective] positive conclusion by the Venice Commission.

“The President of the republic will resolve the matter of approving the concept, or rejecting it. Furthermore, certain periods are not defined for that.

“At the same time, considering that some key issues covered in the concept have a pronounced political component, additional political discussions and a greater political consolidation are expected in their connection.

“Accordingly, the Armenian President’s final position on the concept apparently will become known during the months of February-March 2015,” Saghatelyan specifically noted.
