YEREVAN. – About one million of Armenians are deprived of constitutional rights, Prosperous Armenia deputy Vahe Enfiajyan said in parliament on Tuesday.

This resulted is numerous protest actions that were staged last year, he added.

Among them, Enfiajyan named protests against the funded pension system, increasing of tuition fees at state universities, tougher conditions for small and medium-sized business, as well as the demonstrations of apartment owners deceived by constructors.

“In addition, we can name unfair judgments, struggle against increase in electricity and gas prices, stealing money from the pockets of citizens through the paid parking and surveillance cameras on the roads, high interest rates of banks, and you will realize what led citizens to Liberty Square on October 24,” he said.

A rally of three parties – Prosperous Armenia, Heritage and ANC – will be staged in Liberty Square this Friday.
