YEREVAN. – Armenia's principled position is that Yerevan categorically opposes withdrawal of the Karabakh peace talks out of the OSCE Minsk Group, Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian said.

Asked about the report on Karabakh prepared at PACE, Minister Nalbandian recalled that the OSCE Minsk Group is the only structure authorized to deal with the settlement of Karabakh conflict.

Azerbaijan had repeatedly made attempts to shift peace talks in other platforms and formats which is showing Baku's willingness to fail the peace process, he said.

In this regard, Armenian Foreign Minister does not consider that similar reports will contribute to movement in talks. On the contrary, the report might become a reason for speculations.
